The Nanaimo Arts Council

The Nanaimo Arts Council (NAC) is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the support, promotion, and development of Nanaimo and Region arts and cultural community. For the past 52 years, NAC has played an integral role in the incubation and development of many of Nanaimo’s now autonomous organizations and events, including the Port Theatre and the Nanaimo Conservatory of Music.  The NAC seeks to facilitate connections between artists, arts organizations, and the community and encourage all creative opportunities.
