Nanaimo & Area Land Trust

The Nanaimo & Area Land Trust is a not-for-profit society and registered charity. Since 1995 NALT has been working to fulfil its mission: to support, promote and protect the natural values of land and water in our area. We do this through Conservation Acquisition, Stewardship, Education and Outreach. We are perhaps best known for the campaigns that successfully acquired Cottle Lake Park in Linley Valley or the Mount Benson Regional Park. We carry out stewardship activities on private and public lands, at our native plant nursery, in schools and our communities.
