About BGC Central Vancouver Island

Formed in 1971, BGC Central Vancouver Island provides experiential learning environments that inspire children, youth and families of diverse abilities to acquire & develop the critical cognitive, emotional, and social skills needed to become resilient and contributing members of society. With 14 club locations serving over 2000 members every year across the Central Vancouver Island region, BGCCVI is the Island’s largest childcare provider and is trusted by more families than anyone else. We are proud to be part of BGC Canada who serve children, youth and families from Coast to Coast.

BGC Central Vancouver Island has been helping young people to discover, develop and achieve their best potential as they grow to become Canada’s future leaders by engaging them in activities that challenge them, and help them develop healthy minds and bodies. BGC Central Vancouver Island provides childcare, daycare, summer camps, teen and youth programs, family programs and parenting programs where anyone can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop the confidence and skills for life.
