Best Western Plus Sawridge Suites
About Best Western Plus Sawridge Suites
The Sawridge Group of Companies was founded by the Sawridge Cree First Nation of Slave Lake, Alberta. The first enterprise was the construction of a hotel at Sawridge’s ancestral home, Slave Lake, in 1972. Ten years later in 1982, a parcel of land was acquired from Parks Canada and the tradition continued with the construction of a second hotel in Jasper National Park; Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Jasper.
With 50 years of success in the hospitality sector, Sawridge has gained valuable industry experience and has developed a strong team of management and supervisory personnel. Our properties offer guests the comfort and warmth esteemed and valued by the native culture. With décor presented in local woods and stone, and accented with indigenous art and fireplaces, our properties welcome guests with a level of hospitality that transcends the centuries. Our hotels are natural and clean and demonstrate respect for the environment, each participating in the Green Key Rating Program. Instilled in our work is a tradition of respect, fairness and a commitment to exceptional value for our customers.
